Absolutely a terrible company to work with. We put down our deposit 6/8/2022 and were originally told they were 6-8 weeks out. After months of calls and emails, they would respond about 1 out of 4 times, and so many excusese, they finally dropped off their well rig the 1st week of December 2022. The rig sat on our property with no use for over a month, then they finally got started Mid January 2023. They would work for a day or so then come back a week later and work another day. Then they packed up and left without a word, we assumed they were done. But when we reached out to find out the status on things they informed us they broke the rig and couldn't complete the job right now. Thankfully they offered us our money back which we ******* took, not after the workers had made a mess of our property and even run over one of the new trees we planted. We called ***** and they had a well dug within a month, working and ready, not a single issue.

My wife and I purchased 5 acres in ****** ********. Property came with ****** water well permit to 500 ft. ****************** said ****** water source wasn't good in that area. Recommended ****** Aquifer to **** ft. ********* recommended contacting another well service because they didn't have equipment to dig that deep. ********* said they could dig ****** for 12K but wouldn't recommend. Thanked them and pulled additional permit for ****** $200. Contacted Winegar Well Services and spoke with *********(Receptionist) and ******(Driller). I told them what ********* researched and asked for quote into ******. They advised to start with ****** and then dig to ****** if needed. They researched area and said there was plenty of good water in relation to the ******. They said they were 99 percent sure we would hit good water at ******. I told them I had both permits in order for them to dig. They quoted just under 16K to ****** and said I had to give them half payment to reserve a future dig. They told me dig would happen in approximately 2-3 mos. Dig didn't start until 6 mos later. Met ****** at property and discussed well location for build. ****** said he would start next day and would call. Days went by with no contact and had to call ********* for update. She told me she thinks ****** is in process of drilling but not sure. Drove to property and found rig/drill with nobody there. Called ****** and was told employee broke finger. Week went by and ****** called me. ****** said there was around 1 gallon per minute at around 465 feet. He said he would cap well and dig deeper into ****** 6-8 weeks later. ****** cemented the well without permission, stopping water from that well. Offered half ****** for deeper dig then charged full when told I was looking into a different driller. ****** said he wished he would have known water wasn't good in ****** and was sorry. They left mess at property. Lied to and out 16K with useless pipe/cap. I would never recommend to anyone!

This review is to make public how this company provides their services. I received a quote for my well drilled on 7/21/22 and signed a contract on 7/26/22 and was told it would be completed by 8/10/22. The quote included drilling and pump installation, a full project completion. However, the completion was on 9/30/22 after multiple phone calls, emails and texts. I was told they don't usually install pumps and they were doing me a favor, but this was never said when I called and inquired about the well. I also was told they do not run electric lines to the house because they are not licensed to do this and later when they put the wired in wrong, not up to code, I was told they run the electric lines and have done many jobs and never had a problem before. On October 3, we had a final inspection and was told that the Winegars buried the electric line from the well to the house without having it inspected and therefore delayed us getting our certificate of occupancy. On 9/28-9/30, the owner had to redo the electrical wiring inside the house do to it being done against code. The owner made excuses after excuses. If you need honestly and straightforwardness do not use this company. They will take your deposit and string you along until they can get around to working on your well. I am concerned that I will have problems with their work in the future.
