We are writing in response to the recent review submitted ******* by regarding their domain name expiration and subsequent redemption fees. She threatened to do this earlier today.
Upon careful investigation of the matter, it has come to our attention that *******'s domain name expired in the beginning of April and multiple invoices were sent via PayPal for renewal.Despite our efforts to remind the client and facilitate payment, the invoice remained unpaid.
It is important to note that domain names are subject to redemption status by the national registrar after a grace ****** of 10 days following expiration.The additional fee incurred during this redemption process is not imposed by BluDomain but rather by the national registrar in accordance with industry standards.
Furthermore, our records indicate that the invoice was sent to the email address associated with the client's account, and payment was processed through PayPal, contrary to her claim of not receiving the invoice or using PayPal.
We understand *******'s frustration with the situation and sincerely regret any inconvenience caused. However, we stand by our procedures and actions in this matter.

1 starBLUDOMAIN has in numerous times interrupted the flow of my livelihood. I dont know why they are even in business. 1 starIm in the same situation as others. No invoice received, my site is gone & no one will respond. Im not even sure how long its been down. I was having health issues & hadnt been working with it for a while. I searched emails in case I missed the invoice, went to ***************** I had my site through them for 15 yearspurchased several sites, actually. So much for loyalty. 1 starI used the bludomain platform for more than 15 years, I bought the latest template around 8 years ago.I feel identified with all the victims of Bludomain.One day she sent an invoice for $300 justifying herself and saying that she had given me a break due to the pandemic. Always read, I paid despite the fact that my hosting is another and not Bludomain.'I wrote to her and also called her, I offered to pay her twice because she couldn't at that time, she never responded and was aggressive when I called her.Today I don't have a website nor does my email work, I don't know if my clients want to contact me, I have to change my email, on my cards, my QR, banks, my work and all the disaster that I cause to so many people, that we trust and support these templates.Years of lost photos and work time to edit, write texts and so on.I feel totally frustrated, I don't know what to do at this moment.The phone does not work, it does not answer messages, a lack of respect and empathy with all the clients who trust them.Review fromJennifer A

1 starTerrible customer service.They forget to send invoices and then shut down your website and it takes days or weeks for them to get back to you.Last year my invoices were more than double with no reason why. I sent in many messages asking with of course no answer. I did pay them anyway but still no response on why it was so high.Now I have an invoice sent to me from them saying I owe $300 for the last two years and this coming year. What a joke. 1 starIve been with Bludomain for several years as well and have the same problem with my website just going down without any notice. Communication with them is terrible. *** tried for weeks to get in touch with them and get my website up and running with no luck at all. Now, when I go to my website it is a totally different site with Chinese advertising and its all in Chinese!!! Now Im trying to get my domain back from GoDaddy. Its a mess! 1 starIve had the same issues that many others here are stating. Ive been with Bludomain for 8 years. I have had issues often on with them for years renewing the domain name yearly. One time my website was in suspension for several months because it was not renewed on time. For that reason I now pay my hosting fee in October and my domain renewal fee around February. In October 2021 I paid the hosting fee and come February I realized that my website was not up and running. I contacted the company and told them that I needed an invoice for the domain renewal. It took a week or two for them to respond. I had clients waiting for me to post their images online so it was an embarrassment. Once they finally sent the invoice they sent it for the full $120 amount not the $20 that I owed. I sent multiple messages over and over and never got a response. Six months passed by and I finally contacted them again like before, they tried to send me an invoice for $120 and said that it covered next years hosting fee. I told them that I was not paying for next years hosting fee (I am DONE with Bludomain). They finally sent me an invoice for $20 the correct amount but then said that my website domain name was no longer available. It had been sold. I am beyond frustrated. They offered different domain names but of course that is not a good option for me because all of my marketing materials have my current domain name printed on them. It would cost lots to replace everything and to have a new logo made, etc. I asked how they were going to make it up to me and told them that they had absolutely terrible customer service. They told me that this was months ago and there was basically nothing they could do. Of course it was months ago. They never responded months ago. So now my website is owned by some foreign company with other languages on it. To even attempt to get my website back I would have to pay a broker $70 to start the negotiating process to get it back. 1 starEchoing several of these previous reviews. They never sent a renewal invoice and shut down my website. When I realized, I sent a support ticket telling them I never received the renewal invoice, so they sent it through paypal THAT SAME DAY! So they are obviously seeing our emails. I paid the $120 and now 3 weeks later NOTHING still. I have sent 5 different support tickets, I have tried messaging their ******** page, I've even disputed it through paypal now and I have received ZERO RESPONSE. This company is absolutely ridiculous and they are stealing money from hard working people and businesses! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN AND REFUND EVERYONE WHO HAS PAID FOR SERVICES AND NOT GOTTEN ANYTHING!!!Review fromLiz S

1 starI have been with this business with this company for 10 years and the past several years it has gotten worse and worse. I submitted a concern to which they said I needed to renew my email, $20, which I never was invoiced for so they sent me one for $120. I paid it and haven't heard from anyone since even though I have sent several messages. WORST COMMUNICATION!!!!!
