The folks at the ********************************************* store demonstrated a willingness to be of service from the start of the project. They treated us with concern and interest in helping us even though our location was a more than an hour from their store. They made an appointment to view our house and provide a quote for the job. We indicated our commitment to them and the order was placed and intstallation set. Once again they were right on time, efficient in their work and the shutters have totally changed the look of every room in our house. They have my thanks and my appreciation for a job well done with an incomparable product.

Absolutely, hands down the best experience ever!!! I did my due diligence and got three quotes the whole team (***, *****, ****** and ****) encompass the true meaning of customer service! The measuring, the choices, the ordering and installation were perfection! I was reassured several times that this wasnt the end of the client relationship, but to not ever hesitate to call with questions or for any help needed! Im doing a happy dance because in this day and age companies like this are few and far between! ??The Blind and Shutter Store, LLC

The Blind and Shutter Store was amazing! I highly recommend them for purchasing and installing your blinds. Everything went smoothly from the consultation, measuring, ordering, and installing. They even went above and beyond to get a warranty on the original blinds that were damaged. Everyone was very friendly and thoroughly communicated the process for each step. The window treatments in the main area of our home were suboptimal and my wife and I decided we needed to replace them. We talked to several different companies about options but felt Pat from "The Blind and Shutter Store" provided the best explanation of the options available to us. Once we were ready to move forward *** came to our home and provided us with the information necessary to help us determine exactly what to choose. We ended up choosing *************************** shutters and vertical blinds. The installation was completed within the timeframes we were promised, and we are very satisfied with the results. The Blind and Shutter Store contracted the installation through a third party they have a relationship with, and the installer (****) did an excellent job. We heartily recommend The Blind and Shutter Store if you are considering window treatments. You should at minimum include them when comparing your various options.The Blind and Shutter Store, LLC

5 starsThe Blind and Shutter Store is our ONLY go-to location for our house blind needs. Weve been using them for years and ***, the owner, is sooooo helpful and goes above and beyond! We cannot say enough good things about the customer service we experienced from Pat and the Blind and Shutter Store. We were SO frustrated in dealing with other companies for months with no answer to our non working blind but plenty of charges for house calls. We had nothing but exceptional experiences with *** from first point of contact until the end repair. Communication was amazing and Pats dedication to make the blind work was over and beyond and not something we find these days. I only wish that we had known about The Blind And Shutter Store sooner! Had a negative experience with a previous company.***************** saved the day for us by coming to evaluate the problems and then returned with his team to make the required repairs. Not only are they well qualified, they are just the Nicest gentlemen!!! They even recommended that they exchange the battery operated blind in one of the rooms to electricwhich is awesome! (Why didnt the other company do that???!).We highly recommend The Blind and Shutter Storeand ***************** for all your window coverings and/or repairs.The Blind and Shutter Store, LLC

You guys were awesome to work with. And we were happy to get you guys ************ after you had multiple problems that needed to be corrected. It's unfortunate that we have to do "clean up" after other window coverings dealers sell people new shades, and then they disappear when there are problems. Call us anytime. We are happy to help, even if we didn't sell you the shades. :-)
