    We spent over $4,500, partly via loans with lenders set up with Meineke and we returned our van because it wasn't fixed correctly, filled out their yellow after hour envelope, with our information and the problems, put the key it it and then put it through their mail slot. One week later, it had not moved, nor had they made contact. So, we filed a complaint with Meineke Corporate. After the Falcon location came to the knowledge of the complaint, they retaliated by calling Bug's Towing and having them pick up our van under the fraudulent claim of an "Abandoned Vehicle". While knowing we still have loans on it for work Meineke did and while knowing it was returned due to problems which had arisen only after meineke worked on it and which did not previously exist. Not even in their first 27 point inspection. Then by time we figured out what happened to our van, the tow company said they were owed $1,000; then claimed we couldn't get it back at all! So they took everything our family could come up with ($2,500 in cash) and the rest of $4,500+ on 3-loans with their recommended lenders. Not to mention the value of our van.
