    ***** Fencing was scheduled to come by and build a wing on either side of my home. On the agreed-upon date, nobody called or showed to begin/complete the job. The following week the owner contacted me via text message and asked how do you like the fence? I let him know that nobody ever came by to complete the job to which he responded that he was sorry and he would personally, build the contract and wings Friday. Rather than coming by personally he subcontracted out the job and the gentleman who came by to do the work cut our sprinkler line and used a 2 x 4 post rather than a 4 x 4 at the end, where it ties to our neighbors fence.The owner said that the 2 x 4 post is common practice for tying in to neighbors fencing (this wasnt mentioned, while he was pricing at the materials to bid the job).The owner pointed out to me that I signed the contract which states they are not responsible for hitting sprinkler lines. Just know if you sign a contract with ***** fencing that you may have to go back after the fact and pay to have your sprinkler lines repaired and remove dirt from the fence post holes being dug yourself as they make sure to put in the contract that they are not responsible for either.
