5 stars****** Landess of Landess Landscapes is highly regarded morally and ethically by me and by many; including, in 2024, the sales manager of the largest steel frame and decking products distributor/supplier in ********! In 2021, we used this same distributor/supplier in building a deck on another house, but we used another very slow contractor. So on our new $1M dollar home, I asked the same distributor/supplier sales manager who he would use ti build a steel frame and composit deck for his own home?....He said only one man: ****** LANDESS owner of Landess Landscapes in **************** area.From start to finish, it took about one month to take off the old deck, haul off, stage new building material, and rebuild the new deck. We are exceedingly pleased with ****** Landess Landscapes!! Truly a man of many talents in construction and landscaping. A Believer, and now friend and brother in ******! Good luck, and God bless! My wife and I hired ****** Landess to build a cover over our back door and cement pad.The design was to be 12' wide and 16' out from the house with the pitch matching the roof pitch of the house. ****** started this project end of January. Temperatures got down to minus 12. Through the project he came every day despite the cold until the project was finished. He took care of contacting the county and the city, pulled all the permits, and scheduled the inspections. Through the process he kept us informed of each step and what was going to happen next. When completed the structure was exactly what I had pictured in my mind. We highly recommend him for your construction or landscaping project. ****** is reliable. His employees do excellent work. **** reworked our flagstone circle are and paid great attention to detail; a true artist. ****** inspected the work and wanted to be certain we were happy with the results.
