    This company sent an inspector to our home and numerous "issues" he stated were in fact not issues- we had to spend hundreds of dollars to get qualified professionals over to our house to fix the "issues" they stated- and each contractor said these were not issues and was not needed. I tried emailing and calling the company over 5x, I even emailed the inspector, with detailed invoices from the contractors and they have yet to respond. It has been weeks with no response.

    We want to emphasize that the individual making this complaint is not our client, and we have not provided any services to them. Therefore, we have no obligation to address their concerns. Our contractual obligation is to the client who hired us for the inspection. Our role is to advise on visible defects or conditions that *** be important when purchasing a home. Subsequently, our client can request repairs for these conditions. The seller, who is the subject of the complaint, has the right to choose whether or not to comply with the buyer's requests. If a contractor determines that these conditions are not a concern, this is their professional opinion, and their fees are covered by the seller. If the seller did not want to address these issues, they had the opportunity to decline when they were asked. Although we understand the concerns raised, it's important to clarify that addressing this complaint is not part of our contractual obligations. Nevertheless, we will respond in a professional and respectful manner, as we believe in maintaining respectful communication in all our business interactions.
