    Everything was going well until my cameras went out. They rarely respond to me when I call. Last time they were here they said they would replace equipment until they identified the cause. They have no showed now multiple times.

    I think the guy was drunk. His breath smelled, and when he messed up my electricity trying to hardwire the cables and they told me I was SOL wouldnt even pay to have someone come out and do it again, right
