      Last year, we switched from another disposal company to Iron Knight Disposal LLC. We are so glad we did! Iron Knight's service has been wonderful - never a missed pick-up and always friendly! We have recommended Iron Knight several times and as far as we know, others have been just as pleased with the service Iron Knight has provided as we are. We have (on occasion) brought trash from another location to ours for pick-up, notified Iron Knight of the extra workload and were charged a very reasonable fee. We are extremely happy with Iron Knight and the service they provide. Can't recommend them highly enough!

      Iron Knight is awesome! They personally respond immediately to answer any questions and are so very friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is unhappy with their current service.

      We live in Northern El Paso County. The company we had for the past 10 years had decided not to service our area any longer. We looked for other companies who would, and Iron Knight Disposal came highly recommended. They did not disappoint. We were contacted almost immediately and set up for service. They have gone above and beyond in service and customer relations. Iron ********************** keep us all informed of any situations regarding weather etc. and they go beyond any company I have ever seen to make sure that all of their customers get our trash picked up in a timely manner. I never thought that I would be raving about my trash pickup....but these guys deserve the praise!

      Exceptional! One week I forgot to put my trashcan out by the curb, and the driver backed into my driveway to get it for me. Such kindness and consideration will not be forgotten, Fair pricing and reliable service.

      Iron knight has been amazing! They have been great at communicating if anything needed to change. They also are great at placing my empty trash can where it won't take off if it is windy. I highly recommend them

      My family chose Iron Knight Disposal after reading the positive on-line reviews. In our last 5-months with Iron Knight Disposal they have been true to all those reviews for services provided. Background why we ditched the national competition. A year after our other locally owned ************* (who was great!) was bought out by a national company, my families trash service started going downhill. We live in a rural area where critters tend to make a mess if your trash can/bag is left out overnight. We had to contact the national company 2-weeks in a row on why only our trash can, and not the two bags (we were allowed 3 items - cans/bags as shown on bill) was being picked up on our Friday. We then had to wait over a weekend because we could only contact one of the national companys offices, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8 am-4:30 pm. We had to let them go, after we had to contact them (not them contacting us, even after having a note in their computer from the first call) and the response(s). After the latter, it has been so refreshing to have a customer oriented locally owned business (again) such as Iron Knight Disposal where you are able to leave either a voice or email message and have someone get back to you right away. Now that winter is upon us, their communication with their customers has been great in letting us know if they will be delayed due to weather, etc. Iron Knight keep up your great communication and customer oriented service. Thank you.
