    Recommend to use another service provider, as this company provides poor, inconsistent service and lacks responsive management. We cancelled service after tiring of picking up scattered recycling from when Mountain View failed to honor their recycling pick **** After cancellation and explaining the reason why, the recycling person attempted to retaliate by preventing us from easily accessing the driveway and widely spaced the cans across the driveway. The cans had to be moved before you could proceed to the driveway. The pick up driver even went out of their way to move the full trash can to the middle of the driveway! This is on a very busy road, at a curve that has no shoulder, so this attempt at pettiness was dangerous for both the occupants and the local drivers. We communicated this issue to management, but they failed to respond. As this is a safety issue, management should take steps to keep their customers safe and keep their drivers professional. However, it seems that they do not care if you are harassed or even if you are put in harm's way by their employees' actions. While waiting for management to respond to the complaint (which they did not,) we were charged a late fee. To keep yourself safe and not constantly inconvenienced, another service provider is recommended.

    We have had the same experience as others in our neighborhood. They do not pick up the trash as scheduled and will not offer a refund. Their service reps are rude. They get away with charging customers for a service they do not do. How do they stay in business? They get a 1 star rating because that is the lowest that the site allows. Should be none.

    Deserve less than one star! They are not providing services as what we are paying for: Not emptying the dumpster weekly. We have to call them to remind them they did not pick up. For January 2, 2023 they did not pick up, we again called them, and was told they will not pick up for that week. You can bet they will charge us for that week! This has happened multiple times.Last summer the driver destroyed the dumpster lids and we were unable to put household trash in the dumpster for 5 weeks due to the bears in the area and with no lids garbage was unsecured. We received NO CREDIT for services not received! After 5 long weeks, the dumpster was replaced. We have sent multiple emails to the company regarding non service, yet we are still billed! You can bet they will suspend our service with no payment. They do not respond to emails. They don't answer the phone, they do not return calls when a voice message is left. I submitted an address change to this company multiple times (online and through the mail) since we closed our PO Box. We are no longer receiving ********. I submitted an address change to the ******************* twice. They still are not forwarding our mail. How is it that there can be this many complaints with no action against the company? How can I get this resolved? I want them to simply pick up the trash every week as what we pay them for, and we are owed a credit for non pick up of trash for 6 weeks for 2022 and includes Jan 2, 2023.

    I called ***************** worked out a plan to suspend service until Spring due to inclement weather.

    They are not fulfilling their contract obligations to me, their customer. They are unresponsive to requests for explanations. They dont answer the phone and do not return calls when I leave voice mails.

    Spoke with ***** asked how his recycle pick *** were going and he said "much better". I apologized for being short recycle drivers and tried to send out text messages to all whom was involved to them know. We are fully staffed and ***** said he is pleased with us.
