    I Purchased a **** excavator from ProSource Machinery. I Signed documents at the end of October and picked up the Machine November 15th 2022. This machine comes with a 5 year 5000 hour warranty. When I got it home which is a little over an hours drive I had a hard time getting the machine started to even unload it from the trailer. The next morning it started hard. This is a brand new machine and should start without delay. So I called that same day to report the problem. It took 3 weeks for them to even send someone to look at it after repeated calls. They had a technician look at the machine two more times after that. Everyone at the company acknowledges that there is an issue. But as of this date there has been no solution. The last conversation I had with the manager of the branch he basically said there is nothing they can do.

    This whole time I have been requesting to return the machine and even gave them the option to get me a new machine. At this point I just want to return the machine and get refunded. I have videos of the issues.

    Hi. After receiving notifications from you. Prosource machinery has decided to buy back this piece of equipment. We have come to a resolution so this case can be closed out and I have no complaints against this company now
