      I had my camper enrolled in their rental program and during the time my camper was enrolled there was significant damage to my unit that I was not made aware of until I called them directly to inquire about something separate. This spring I removed my camper from their program and there were many items missing and it took weeks to get reimbursed for these items. I was rushed picking up my camper so I was not able to do a full inspection of it, and when I got it home, we noticed multiple other issues with the camper. When I brought this to their attention, they blamed me for these items being broken and told me that they were in working order, while admitting to me that they were unable to do a full inspection. I have asked for inspection reports from them and they have taken over a week to produce these while consistently blaming it being their "busy" season. I would simply like reimbursement for the items that were broken and costs covered for taking it to maintenance to get the heat and other internal problems looked at.

      Mrs *********** has valid complaints about the timeliness of some of our responses and the length of time it took for us to resolve the missing items issue she raised. We are a very small team and a new business and trying to balance the needs of a seasonable business. We are striving to be better.  But ultimately we did resolve them for her. In these new issues she is raising we have provided Mrs *********** with timely and detailed responses to the concerns she has laid out. As has the service center which serviced her trailer. We stand by our statement that while in our possession, repairs due to a renter accident that resulted in an insurance claim and ultimately a repair to her slide, did not include the window she is referencing. The repair center has also confirmed this. While in our possession, no repairs or replacement to that window ever occurred. She also claims that we changed out her thermostat. We have been clear that this also did not happen. We aren't in the business of performing service for free, and she would have been notified and billed for that service if it was necessary. She was not. We sincerely wish she had left our program on better terms, and are saddened to know she's having some issues with her trailer. But we are not responsible for those issues and we have been responsive throughout the process. We will not be agreeing to any financial settlement above and beyond what we have already paid her.

      I am rejecting this response because the Director of Operations stated to me that the window had been replaced and stated that this is why there was tape underneath an installed window. There are photos of the camper that they are not turning over and I truly believe that they will show the damage that they are not taking accountability for. I have attached a photo of the thermostat that was installed on the camper when it was dropped off to them and in 2.5 years I never removed my camper from their lot or had any work preformed on it.
