    We hired ********************* in early 2021 to design our home in *******, ******** - the process was lengthy and after 18 painful months we never received a completed product. **** represents himself as a credible designer with many years of experience and and creativity, this was far from what we experienced throughout the process. **** missed many commitments and deadlines to us while providing no reasonable explanation as to why leaving us baffled - essentially the "dog ate his homework multiple times". He also represents himself as a design professional affiliated with AIBD, he is only a member meaning he paid his ****************** is not certified through this reputable organization, don't be mislead. In the end we wasted countless hours of our life, paid lots of money, and had nothing to show for it. I'm an engineering professionals in the *****************, in my opinion, from a ethical and reliability perspective I would look elsewhere - MC Drafting and Design is not success oriented and customer focused.

We acknowledge your frustration, and the longer than usual timeline, due to the fact that you wouldnt reach out to us for up to 6 months at a time with a decision to move the process forward. We can only move the process forward with proper cooperation from the client. We are proud to be a professional member of the ***** it is a great organization. The completed product was sent to you months ago, and never accepted, due to your refusal to pay for services per the terms of the agreement we both agreed to at the beginning of the process. As always, we continue to strive for customer satisfaction, with a quality product, and service.
