      The home buying experience with *** (**** ****** and *****) was the worst I have ever had. From beginning to end, they went out of their way, to make the process miserable. At one point, it was so bad, I had to have legal involved. The list of issues is so long, I would run out of characters posting it here. If you like my posting, I will respond to you directly with my contact information so we can discuss it. If you have made the mistake of going with this dealer, and they recommend *** as their GC, do yourself a huge favor and RUN NOW!This review is just for Great Western Homes and specifically **** and *****. The ********* home I purchased, once all the issues with *** were worked out, came out very nice. Do yourself a favor and find ANY OTHER NORTHSTAR DEALER other than GWH!

      First, I would like to say that we have been in business and with the BBB for 20 years and have built/sold over 400 homes. We have an A+ rating which is a GREAT accomplishment with only one complaint. Mr. ******* instead of blaming everyone else maybe you should look within. I'll keep praying that you get the help you desperately need. We thank you for your post.
