    Company owes me money for a package that was never received so they were supposed to send me a replacement and I was tracking that replacement and it was going to the wrong address I put a stop to the package and called *** who was delivering it because I never received it so I filed a complaint they did an investigation and it went in my favor they returned the money but they didn't return the money back to me they returned it back to the company I purchased the item from and I contacted them on ******** about that and he blocked me off ******** and called me a scammer and all this other stuff and then I've never received my money and all they keep doing is laughing at me and calling me names and now to the point where they block me off of any type of contact with them I have proof that *** issued them back the money and proof of him call me a thief telling me to take further action and something needs to be done this is almost $500 and times are hard right now and I don't need them to be doing that to me right now when I'm struggling I either want the money back or I want my product that I purchased
