Be aware of these guys and their empty promises.*********************** was my tax preparer here. I came to this establishment because they seemed legit. Upon dropping off my tax documents to ************ told him my books were a mess because I had let them go when I had three deaths in my family. Several months went by and I never received any communication from *****. I thought he would have questions and need some more banking information or something. He was also supposed to file for a solar panel credit and look into the *** for the business. After several months I reached out and we met to discuss my taxes. He was very rude to me and when I mentioned that I had a great tax preparer in the city I used to live in but they didnt look into the *** the prior year and he told me because I gave them a pile of s*** I was highly offended but I kept my cool because he has all my vital information and I was running out of time to get the return sent. When it came time to sign the paperwork to e-file we were rushed at the very last minute. They had my address wrong and I let them know via email where I got a reply saying theyd fix it. Fast forward to the beginning of the year. By this time I havent heard anything from *****. I needed my return so I emailed asking for it. They said I can get it but I also needed to know if they filed for the *** and if so I needed my amended taxes as well. They would not answer me regarding the *** or the amended taxes so I decided to call. I also decided to let the secretary know of the trouble I had with *****. ******** the secretary listened to my complaint and sounded like she was sympathetic to the situation. She said shed look for my return and get back to me. When she got back to me she sent me a nasty email and told me she will not mail me my copy and will not give me an electronic copy that my husband or I would have to physically pick them up and we owed $1000. I sent my husband down there to get the paperwork and pay the bill. My husband told ******** to let ***** know he didnt care for the way he spoke to his wife and ******** called my husband a coward and told him to tell him himself while she handed him a business card. When my husband called it just rang to the office and she answered.Needless to say, we paid the thousand dollars, but never received an itemized invoice that I requested. The tax return was falsely filed. ***** never got the rest of my banking information to be able to finish the tax return. After getting our actual copy of the tax return, we realized that not only was our address still incorrect, but our birthdates were incorrect as well. There were many mistakes on the return, and he never filed for my solar panel credit. Thank goodness, he never tried to file for the ***, because after taking my paperwork to a real expert, they explained to me how a lot of people were getting in trouble for trying to get that Tax credit for businesses. For any business that had a payroll company processing their payroll, the *** credit was automatically credited to the business through payroll. My experience with this company has been nothing but a nightmare. They will not return my email and they will not supply an itemized invoice or my electronic file number so I can check my return. None of that information was on my return. I will be filing a report with the ****Business Response

Unfortunately, opinions, recollections, and interpretations of events in this situation vary significantly.
This individual was a new client who brought us information in the spring for tax preparation. As she stated, the financial records and information provided were in complete disarray and incomplete. We extended the tax return and set out to complete the project over the summer. Multiple phone calls/meetings had to be rescheduled due to the individual being non-responsive or missing the scheduled call. Mid-summer I met with her in **************** to accommodate her schedule where she apologized for giving me such a pile of s*** A statement to which I agreed, but I stated we would get through everything and finish it up. She also asked about an update on the ERTC. For reference, this was a tax credit I told her we would investigate, and she sent us the information necessary to complete the calculations. I informed her that the potential credit was XXXX but after discussing the due diligence questions with her she did not qualify. At no time did she engage us for an ERTC credit filing. Unfortunately, she seems upset that we did not complete a project for which we were not engaged, for which she did not qualify, and for which she did not compensate us.
Ultimately, her tax return was prepared based on the information provided and given to her for review before signing. She had the complete tax return for more than one month and repeatedly ignored the prompting for signatures and requests to complete the return. She also had ample opportunity to set up an appointment or meeting to review the return and discuss any changes. I have attached an image of the time/date stamps from DocuSign for reference as well as additional information.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:Obviously recollection of this event is extremely different on your end. As a customer I was treated very poorly. I wasnt the one who stated I gave you a pile of s*** That was your quote to be exact. I have email correspondence to show I never canceled multiple meetings but only one in which I emailed a day prior to let you know I work in the cannabis industry and did not want to meet in person after work because I didnt want to offend anybody with the smell, so I asked for a phone meeting in which you agreed to. You never asked for any additional information from me. You knew my book keeping was a mess when I met with you on our first meeting before you agreed to do the work. You Took this job, knowing from the get-go that my books were a mess and I needed help.
The treatment I received from the time you yelled and cussed at me till the time I picked up my taxes and realized that you guys gave me an incomplete tax return, You never filed the correct paperwork for my solar panel credit and you lied to me about the *** credit amount that you said that I was going to get back was extremely Unprofessional.
according to the **** the way that you guys treated me is unacceptable and like I said, I will file the correct paperwork with them for the abusive services I received from this company.I still have never received the ** number to show that you guys actually sent that electronic return and you still have not provided me with an itemized invoice for the thousand dollars that you charged me for the incomplete tax return.
Sincerely,
