    gentle wind came in put central air conditioning on or around October of 2021, i never got a chance to use the air condition until april 22 2022, to find it did not work i contact the owner **** *******, he asked if the electrician ever contacted me, i said no, a man called me the next day and came down and did the electrical, no body came back to make sure it was installed correctly, a box that held water was leaking in my basement for 3 month until i found the leak, i was going in my floors and all a cross my basement, and under my house, gentle wind sent a man out to fix the box, leaving the floors full of water, over a 3 weeks i contacted the owner of gentle wind about my floors being fix, the sent a man out to start my floor but he never finished, need my floor and my foundation to fixed

    My name is **** ******* I am the owner of Gentle Wind LLC Respond to the Complaint

    The A/C was installed and was waiting to be complete by electrician, which was going to be scheduled

    By the customer and electrician. I thought this was taken care of until the customer contacted me.

    Once brought to my attention I contacted my electrician and he completed the job. There was a water

    Problem that was brought to my attention so I dispatched our tech to resolve the issue. Customer informed

    Me that there was a water issue on the floors. I then contacted a floor guy and paid him to replace floors.

    I was then contacted that it was not to customers satisfaction. I contacted floor guy to resolve. I did not

    Hear anything until the letter from BBB. I then contacted customer and floor guy and they are

    in communication at this point. I am doing everything in my power to resolve this and have always been

    in communication.

    I am rejecting this response because: my floors are still not fixed, only thing that they have done is floor guy put trim in the door ways that are not sealed or nailed down just shoved under the trim of the doors on 09/08/2022, floors are not measured right and have gaps by the corners of the wall and in closets, no contact from owner beside to say he was contact by the BBB, and would send a floor guy back out, worried about mold in the floors and walls, also have a 19yr child with heart and lung problems worried about future problem with his health if this does not get resolved, still wait for contact from floor guy when lowes will have floor back in stock
