Terrible shop. Dont waste your money, time or energy here. The girl on the phone was rude for no reason. I asked her about options(if any) for a deposit I put down on a tux that I would no longer be able to attend. Before I could even finish, she yells at me to stop talking and continued to berate me about why I couldnt attend the event that I paid for etc. I didnt expect a refund in the first place but the way she talked to me shows what type of business they are and how they speak to customers. You can take that little deposit and go buy yourself an attitude adjustment. Be humble for the business you have.
