They gave us a preliminary estimate and then charged us for everything in the estimate even though they did not do all of the work on the estimate. When we asked why they charged us for work that was not performed, they just said that is the way it is and if they had to do less work, we still had to pay for everything on the estimate. Between comments from Pro-Masters *** (***********************) and Geico during the inspection of the first vehicle, first impressions were great. I liked that the *** allowed me to watch the process of taking various types of dents throughout other vehicles with a few different methods. Unfortunately, Pro-Masters ended up being a bit of a disappointment. A review is warranted, and although the constructive feedback will likely mean Pro-Masters will not follow through with a deductible coupon, honesty is a good thing. During the initial conversation with Pro-Masters ***, I was thinking he also thought the same. 1.Work Quality. In September, the repair work on two of our vehicles was completed. Thankfully, the dents from the hail damage were well taken care. However, there were some new scratches on the vehicles. These were not noted during the drop-offs, and I am confident they were new. To Pro-Masters credit, they took a few minutes to buff some scratches with a pink product containing both wax and a polishing compound (supposedly an Italian product). For short term, this seems to have worked reasonably well. There were some scratches on the plastic bumper, and Pro-Masters ***** said she would talk to the *** about trying to address. For the interior of both vehicles, there are some slight signs of work in the headliner. Communication. So, here comes the biggest concern about dealing with Pro-Masters. It is honesty. During the drop off with ***** in August, I referenced what **** had told us about the process and how Pro-Masters was going to do a few things make it as easy as possible for us with our 3 vehicles. ***** offered up that it happens all the time, and then stating he lied.In conclusion, the work quality was decent, costs ran high, work duration was extended, and communications were lacking and not completely honest. While Im grateful that you were happy with the hail repair results, Im truly sorry to hear that we fell short in several other areas. Thats not the standard we aim for at Pro-Masters Auto Collision and Hail Center.
First and foremost, I want to personally apologize for the scratches you found and for any issues you experienced with the communication during your repair process. It's especially disappointing to hear that there was a comment made that implied dishonesty on my part. That is not how we operate, and its something I take seriously. I will be following up directly with our team to ensure that kind of interaction is never repeated.
Our goal has always been to make this process as stress-free and straightforward as possible for our customersespecially during something as frustrating as hail damage. Its clear we missed the **** in your case, and I truly regret that.

This business is a total scam!! They charge your insurance more than what is necessary and when they put your vehicle back together they do an absolutely horrible job!!! They destroyed the headliner in my vehicle, left dozens of clips that hold the panels in place off or they were broken, they tore the seals around the doors and the trunk, the handles inthe from of the vehicle were not even screwed in and were missing parts to gold them in....they came out of thr ceiling when I tried to use one, and my vehicle was hit in their possession and they are denying it. They also after were confronted with all the damage had the audacity to try and file a supplement to my insurance claim to repair thr damage they caused to the vehicle. Which is kind of a big deal because that is insurance fraud!!! Trying to have my insurance pay for damage caused by their people and not the hail damage that they already paid them for. *********************** the owner is the most untrustworthy, condescending and arrogant business owner I have ever met. Also they coerce their customers to write 5 star reviews on all the platforms including this one in return for a discounted rate on the repairs correlating to how many reveiws they leave! Also illegal and super super shady!!! So don't believe all the bought and paid for reviews all over the place....they're paid for by the company....so toatally misleading!!Pro Masters Auto Hail Center LLC

Following the tornado that ripped through ***************, as well as the multitude of hail storms that came after that, my very low mileage (under ***** miles driven in two years) 2022 MINI Clubman had hail damage on every single panel of the car. The insurance company would have totaled the car if it had higher mileage on it. I was really upset when I was told that. I had to go out of town for a week, but was able to coordinate with their staff from afar to get repairs started. I was always treated very kindly and never felt like I was an inconvenience when calling to ask questions. Their office staff are awesome and repair technicians definitely know what theyre doing. Somehow, they managed to get the thousands of dents out in a matter of a couple of weeks (back logs with all of the hail damage repair requests following the storms probably extended their normal time frames) while dealing with my pesky insurance company. I dont feel like there was a whole lot of work that I had to do, which I really appreciated with my very busy schedule. I dont really understand any of the bad reviews I have seen for them, because I had absolutely no problems with this facility and am elated with how they restored my car to a brand new state. I am so beyond happy that I was able to avoid having my dream car totaled for hail damage. I think all European car owners sit in the same spot of whether to trust a repair shop or not with their car.
