    We attended one of the dinners at *********** and regret having fallen for this. When we signed up for our funeral plans, we made the mistake of signing electronically and putting our money into it. We changed our minds about this after we were able to review the hardcopy documents thoroughly. Now, it's been an extremely difficult and confusing process for us to cancel our policies. This has been going on for weeks and now we just found out we had two policies each! We were finally able to get someone to tell us this from the insurance side. Imperial offered no help through this. Now we're still working on getting our money back in full.

    Purchased a headstone for my parents grave site in March 2022 and it still has not been put on the grave site,have been given numerous excuses from lack of man power to damaged granite. Spoke with general manager ************************* didn't get any promise as to when the headstone will be put on the grave site, going on 9 months now. To me it seems as if they aren't concerned if it gets placed or not.
