    I hired them as a process server. They did not knock on his door once. He refuses to do the job or to refund me.

    I was hired by this individual and was requested by her to NOT KNOCK at the home address provided because he would see me coming and not answer the door. I was then instructed by the client TO ONLY come up with a ***** and try and catch him slipping in order to get him served. She paid $65 upfront in order to secure my service and that buys three attempts. That charge is a no rush service charge which means when it falls into my que is when it gets done. I made the phone call to set up a meeting which in my business counts as an attempt to get it served. The client then called and complained why it was taking so long to get it done. I explained what happened and how the subject had yet to respond to any of my calls or texts. She didnt like that response and demanded that I give her her money back to which I explained I do not offer refunds after attempts had been made. She got histerical over a phone call and demanded I pay her back. I explained I dont do that and she and her male friend have now left two negative comments on my ****** listing and have harrased me for the $$ that I would not return. It is my policy to not refund once attempts have been made. She was unhappy with her results so she attempting to bad mouth my business. I have been in business for over ************************************************************************* my entire career.

    I am rejecting this response because: he is not being truthful. I never once said do not knock on his door! That is the reason I hired him. You can't serve someone over the phone and he made no personal attempts. I paid for a service I never received and he told me to find someone else. I did hire another company and knocked on his door and had him served yesterday. I would never have told him not to do that. I was giving him ways to catch him at home and make his job easier. I would like to think he truly misunderstood me but I honestly think he wants something for nothing. And he refused to give me paperwork for the courts saying an attempt was made. Probably because there wasn't

    She can reject what ever she wants, client has made fake accounts on ****** slandering my name on multiple reviews bringing my total score down. She most definitly did tell me to try to get him through a ***** first. She recomended not going to his house as he would not answer. I do not slander people nor do I lie. I was NOT MISUNDERSTOOD. I KNOW HOW TO DO MY JOB and have been doing it succesfully for over 20 years. This person has no right to slander my name because she was misunderstood about how serving people works. I am glad she got someone else to do it.

    I am rejecting this response because: i never once said do not knock on his door. please provide us with any text message/proof of that. You were mistaken . You didnt provide the service i paid for. I wrote a review stating exactly what happened . I will delete my review when you reimburse me for a job you didnt attempt to do. If not i will continue climbing up the chain of complaints that i will file . Dont take peoples hard earned money without keeping your word. You didnt even have a written contract, after being in business that long it  is surprising. Ripping off innocent people mearly looking for someone to hand someone else a piece of paper is beyond my comprehension. Such an easy task to begin with. Please refund my money so we can move on from this.
