Sorry one star is too much. I used them on my building site for ground stability for a concrete floor, I was impressed with the results.I then thought i would use them for septic design, I was fooled! Made the request on July 29, 2024, and paid $600. deposit. They scheduled a site visit for July 30, 2024. At that time, I was given the contact. If you use this outfit now would be a good time to lawyer up. The contract that holds both parties to specifics. I was given a 6-to-8-week completion time frame from July 30 2024. to September 24 2024. at the most. Mind you this is a septic system for new construction. From July to October 30, 2024, when I finely received the plan. All that time In I would visit the office and randomly call for updates, only excuses. A conversation in September, I verbally fired them. Not once did I get contacted for a review update or consult, never. As for the plan I did receive it would not pass health department. Specs where wrong graph were wrong plans were inaccurate, basically ************ came the demand to pay a ******* for a failure plan without even a call from a engineer, too bizzy I guess. Now I'm sent to collection from a office clerk. Thanks, Jesik for a poor excuse of customer relationship and performance. Thanks for making the project go into winter. Thanks, jesik for now i will deal with collection. What a outfit can't even hold to a contract. Thanks, jesik for nothing would not recommend you too dig ******.

We sincerely regret that your experience with our septic system design services did not meet your expectations. While we strive for efficiency and accuracy in all projects, we understand that delays and miscommunications can be frustrating.

Your concerns regarding the timeline, communication, and financial agreements are important, and we take them seriously. We aim to provide quality service, and it is unfortunate that the process did not align with your expectations.

Regarding payment disputes, we acknowledge that there was an instance where payment was attempted in person but was declined due to insufficient funds in the account, rather than concerns about workmanship. We recognize that financial agreements must align with the services provided, and if there are concerns with the contract, we welcome an opportunity to review the details further and discuss a resolution.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and encourage you to reach out directly if there is anything we can do to address your concerns more thoroughly.

I have had multiple issues with this company mostly lack of communication. I received invoices with no option to pay them, as of late. When I respond through email, I hear nothing back with how to pay the invoice. Now I am incurring late notices for an invoice that I have no idea how to pay because of no response from the company. I phoned the company and they said that they had never heard from me and the only reason that I am calling now is because I am incurring late fees. This is even after I emailed over proof of an attempt on my behalf to pay the bill and was told that a forwarded email with the corresponding date of when the invoice was sent to the billing department was still not proof that I had contacted them. There is an option on quick books to request a way to pay them, I sent this over to them as well but apparently this does not work because I was never contacted back by them either.

Best engineering company in ********. They do a very thorough, professional job and will take care of you. I have been in this industry for 40 years and have not worked with a better company anywhere in the world.

Andy ********************** was hired by my GC to install my septic system. The soil quality he had on the documents 2A which is good soil. He designed a septic system that failed in less than a year. I had the system redesigned by D&D Engineering. I was made aware ***** guy he had hired not only missed a bedroom but also did not design it correctly due to the soil type and my leech field failed in less than a year. I told him i intend to file a claim against his E&O insurance and he said that is another convo. Long story ******************* is not a man of his word in fixing his employees mistakes, poor quality of work, and should not be in the septic design business. He has cost me a lot of money and time having men better than himself fix his poor quality of work. I tried to call him today he said talk to his lawyer and hung up on me when trying to seek resolution without having to spend more money than he has already cost me. These types of careless people should not be in business. As you see this is the third complaint on the BBB in the last three years. Builders and buyers beware Andy ********************** pretends to be a engineer but doesn't get soil types correct and does not take responsibility for his company or employees quality of work.

Jesik Engineering disputes the claims and statements made by *********************** (homeowner). We explained to him from the beginning how the system was designed, based on soil conditions as well as the number of rooms in the house. The system was designed for the number of bedrooms that the builder/GC indicated. The system was approved by ******************************** for the number of bedrooms in our design when they did the inspection. No bedrooms were missed. There were/are number of factors that led to the change in the septic system and some of the issues, including the homeowners change in the number of rooms, inadequate drainage, subcontractors installing the system, etc. We pride ourselves in customer service and made efforts to work with *********************** and the general contractor to improve and upgrade the system per Fishers requests. We offered to install a second ***** field. A new design and estimate were provided to Jesik by the general contractor which we agreed would be an acceptable alternative and even offered to cover as part of our professional courtesy and willingness to work with our customers. After months of we are working on the new system communications from the builder, Jesik was asked to pay for invoices nearly 5x more than initially estimated and presented by the builder, plus more monies ******* asked from Jesik. We designed the system based on information and specifications given to us at the time of our initial work. We offered to work with the homeowner and builder to address any issues. The homeowner decided to go with more expansive design, that is a betterment of the original plan, with more rooms and capacity. Jesik wasnt given the opportunity to review the new design plan, participate in any of the intrusive testing to investigate the original system being taken out and any causes. It is unfortunate that the homeowner elected to publish these false and misleading statements in retaliation for Jesik questioning the necessity and reasonableness of the septic design redesign work and costs.
