    We bought our home new in January 2021, had noticed a few problems with the construction but since my husband was a ********* he was able to fix or modify most issues. Before the year warranty was up we contacted ***************************** (owner) about the hard wood floor separating. She sent someone to fix the issue, the person she sent was not that knowledgeable with the issue. With my husbands help we got a appearance fix. Recently however we are noticing the entire wood floor separating. The gaps are approximately 1/4 -1/2 in length and there are numerous gaps opening up. The workmanship of the construction of the house is awful. We keep noticing more and more issues with the home. The flatwork with the concrete, painting ( some areas only have primer), have had to adjust every door in the home, hardwood floor not going under baseboardsI know she is still building and selling homes in the area would just like other people to know about the workmanship so they can check any home therere interested in purchasing.
