They wrote a proposal and have not followed up. I had hail damage on July 5, I still hase not had ******* repaired

We were initially contacted via email on 5/28/23, "First layer of roof is WOOD SHINGLE of which building codes require removal. Then a plywood or particle board layer installed and finally a layer of asphalt shingle plus the disposal of old materials . I am requesting an estimate of this project as I am protesting the $65,000 increase in property tax appraisal. The house is 102 years old and roughly **** square foot single story home. An employee of Pueblo County Assessor has contacted me and asked me to get appraisal for the cost of a new roof and foundation leveling. It is not my intention to have the work performed. I work part time 730am to 300 pm. And yes. I am willing to pay for the estimate. Any help is appreciated." Turner Roofing LLC strives to produce estimates in a timely manner but in this particular situation we felt this was a potential legal dispute between the homeowner and the Pueblo County Assessor and not an issue we wanted to be involved in, which was discussed with the homeowner at that time. We have never been contacted by the homeowner about any hail damage estimate requests, perhaps the homeowner called another company and has us confused. We'd be happy to discuss this further ************ and you can speak directly with the owner.
