    My Contract is dated to start on 12/22. The service agreement also at the top states 12/22. They are trying to charge me another month of service as provided documents for the month of December. When I asked a local attorney they said to reach out to you first since this amount is so small. They stated that they have to go by what the contract is dated and sign at for the service to be started as well as it is recorded started on 12/22. This entire service was poor. Installation was a mess, employees would not show up on there schedule time arranged with me. They would show up when I was not home or communicated so the system was never worked on when there was issues-- I was ignored a lot when I had questions or would be told that their system cant work bc of my connection when I was told at the time of install my modem would of worked just fine. I became so frustrated that I just left it as is with no intent to keep the service-- I was waiting until a month before just as this contract states to make sure it was cancelled-- To my Suprise they are not going off of what was on the contract which is misleading me as a client-
