      The website lists a 6 week turn around and it's been 10 weeks. I have called and left multiple messages for an update on the completion of the job but have not heard anything. I've emailed and reached out to their social media. I just want an update on when the shoes will be finished.

      Customer was notified by email on 1/23/24 of the order status.

      The completed order was shipped today, 1/26/24, and the customer was notified by email today and provided a ************* ************** tracking number for the package.

      To clarify, the order was completed in 9 weeks (order/package received from customer on 11/22/23).

      I sent four pairs of climbing shoes to Pro Deal Resoles (delivery confirmed Feb 18th, 2023 via **** tracking) and pro-paid $146.00 for repairs. The shoes made it there and no effort has been made by Pro Deal Resoles to 1) return calls, 2) confirm service for the shoes, or 3) respond to any form of communication to set expectations of a return delivery date for the shoes. At this point, I believe Pro Deal Resoles to be a scam. I am out close to $750 because of this (4 x $150 shoes + $146.00 repaid fee). The owner(s) of this business should be arrested for online thievery.

      On October 20, 2022 I sent two pairs of climbing shoes to Pro Deal Resoles for resoling. I paid a $41 deposit. I have sent at least 10 text messages, several emails, and over 10 voice mails requesting an update on the status and whereabouts of my shoes. Not a single message has received a response. The order ID from the online payment is 2SS60988MN877464P.
