    This place is completely unprofessional. My device has been defective twice. The 1st time Costed me tow fees and diagnostics and the auto repair shop bypassed the device and my car ran fine. I sought compensation for spending my money on something that was not at all due to my car not being mechanically sound. Second time the device left me stranded in the middle of an intersection after it would not stop having me blow repeatedly until my cars electric components were damaged to the point my car was inoperable. I towed the vehicle myself with plenty of time to have the issue looked into/fixed and got turned away with threats of having my vehicle towed from the mobile concepts parking lot. Now I have a letter from the dmv stating my lease needs to be extended due to my car being inoperable due to consecutive fails which is completely absurd due to the fact that I haven't drank alcohol since my due. Contacting mobile concepts to verify these allegations was handled completely unprofessional. I was treated like I'm stupid and told they are just a contractor. I highly recommend that anybody that is required to have an interlock device installed to never and I mean never consider these unprofessional rip offs as a service provider. They have no and I mean NO customer service skills at all and can cate less about any inconvenience their equipment can cause to disrupt your daily functions in your vehicle. There are plenty of other service providers and I'm in the process of appealing the lease extension. Once a decision is made I am going to have it removed from my vehicle. I'm trying to save any one that has to go through this process any of the unprofessional inconvenience and unempathetic services these rude f****** a** holes provide!!!
