      I won a $50 gift card from this business some time ago, the card clearly says no expiration date. The business has changed ownership, but not a bankruptcy situation with no discharge of liabilities.
      They arbitrarily set a date inOctober 2023 beyond which they would not honor these cards. I was not aware of this. They now tell me my card is worthless. I feel this is unfair as their liabilities were not discharged. I feel they should honor my card in some way with a $50 store credit.

      I reached out to the impacted party via phone and email.  I received a response on Saturday 5/4/24 and informed him that what happened to him did not comport with store policy.  I offered to make him whole and to add some additional store credit for his difficulties.  He stated that he would be satisfied with this resolution.  The replacement gift card was mailed to his home address at his request.
