    I took my 2000 ***** 4x4 to get fixed it had to do with the front wheels where he supposedly fixed it but he beefed A part that he said would take a week to get so I went to **** and they had the part and I bought it for 336.29 and took it back to Kens Pit Stop and it took him three days to fix the truck well after I moved to Eureka Ca the following Thursday I noticed he had charged me for the part that I bought from **** in Parachute Co and so I called him and said I had paid for that part and that you charged me on the bill So Ken said I’ll mail a check to u so I waited after theee weeks I called him and said didn’t get the check He said I mailed it to the address u gave me I said before I left Co I changed my address and I’ve been getting all my mail except yoyr check so he said I’ll mail it again ( Which I believe h never mailed in the first place) so I gave him the address again and he said he would send it again so I waited almost four weeks no check so I called him again and said I didn’t get the check he got nasty and said I have no control over the postal service call them and complain so a week later Ken called me and said he got both checks back he mailed I said what’s the address and it was my proper address he said I asked the mailman why it came back and he said the mailman said I don’t know So I said mail it to me and have me sign for the letter so again I waited about four more weeks no check again so I texted him and said I’f you don’t send me my money that you know I had paid for that part I bought at **** then I’m turning u into the BBB AND Ken said do what y have to do and he said I mailed the check so go complain to the postal service cause I mailed it Again I gave Ken the benefit of the doubt and waited again to see if the check would come so to make a long story short I have been waiting four and a half months for him to send me my money aHe said I mailed it again over two weeks ago and I’m still waiting and the truth is I know he never mailed me a dime cause he’s not planning on giving me my money tha he owes me tha ge took dishonestly and added it to my bill thinking I wouldn’t catch it but I did So please make him send me my 335.29 I am on disability and I’m barely making ends meet and I need that money thank you for helping me

    3 checks were sent to Kathy she cashed check number 14684. Check number 14629 was returned and stamped NOT AT THIS ADDRESS, check number 14666 still has not been returned or cashed
    We tried several times to electronically send payments but Alpine business Account does not offer *****.(personal accounts only)
    Talked to Kathy about ****** or ******** payment Kathy or her friend that was going to accept ***** payment did not have accounts, she stated to try and resend check which we did. Kathy then threatened of BBB complaint I did state  (do what you need to do I do not control the USPS) 
    A month later she writes a complaint to BBB stating we never paid her and she is still waiting which is stretching the truth just a bit.
    Now she is reporting that I intentionally charged her for the part she purchased is a total lie on her part I was not the person who worked on her vehicle if I had been she would have been charged for the time spent after hours installing her part so she could start back to California we close at 5 The mechanic started he worked until 6:30pm, I was not the person who wrote up her quote and I definitely was not the person that cashed her out after services were complete.
    Seems to me Kathy just wants someone to take blame for a mistake that even she did not notice when she was cashed out
