My son only attends half time and I was charged double that. Multiple attempts to contact the new owner have been unsuccessful. I have also been informed of an additional $35 Anniversary fee. *** offered to pay with cash or a check and to have my credit card refunded. That was ignored. The new owner tells me to call the old owner and the old owner is telling me to contact the new owner. Then I tried asking for explanation of the anniversary fee and was told that I already knew about it which I dont. Im uncomfortable with this person having access to my credit card as hes refusing to acknowledge that he overcharged me and refuses to find a solution. The previous owner has directed me to his email and hes refusing to answer. The business also advertises a $20 pizza night online but charges $35 for it instead. I believe this is unethical and illegal to advertise a lower price and then price ***** once one arrives. Ive been contacting this new owner since Friday and Im just getting the runaround. For me being overcharged by $70 can be devastating as it can cause a chain reaction of overdraft fees etc. Its very unfortunate because this is a new owner and the owner before was transparent and ethical. I requested a fee chart and was ignored. I contacted my credit card company to dispute half the charges as I dont want to burn any bridges and offered to pay 70 and have 70 returned. I decided to pull my son out of classes there given the situation. I feel like Ive been ripped off and this guy cant be trusted. My son only attended 2 times in June and 2 times in July so I dont know why Im expected to pay $35 for his software. I only gave my credit card number in July and wasnt expecting to be charged ****** in August. At this point Im just ****** off and want my entire 140 back. I tried being professional but feel like Ive been stolen from.

I have attached all the paperwork on the policies that ******* has signed. And we appreciate all feedback as this company tries to grow and do better. Unfortunately, there seems to be a need to defend ourselves against some of these statements that are not entirely true. I will start off by saying this issue started when ******* asked to be put into another class because of not having her son but every other week. Staff explained that if she was to put her son in another class, that she would be paying for 2 classes, not just 1. She agreed, so the staff did what she asked. Once her bill came through by the start of the next month, that's when she stated to us that she was overcharged. We informed her of the conversation we had just a couple of weeks back, but continued to not recall her ever saying that.   On to the part of us not communicating with her, that is simply not true. She emailed us on Aug 4th where I replied that day to her that I would look into it on Monday. Keep in mind that during this time our iclass system, which handles enrollment, billing, and records, was experiencing system blackouts where nobody was able to access anything. I have attached the email records of our communicating about this topic. As for me having a record of her credit card. I do not. Iclass only allows me to see the last 4 of anyone's card info, more importantly, we deleted her card info.  It is also worth mentioning that ******* not only was not being professional, but had already written a bad review of us to ****** and to the BBB as we were communicating.
