    Technicians that work for this company are great. They are knowledgeable and friendly. The people scheduling appointments are incompetent. Phones are rarely answers necessitating texting or emailing. They have yet to respond to a single text or email. No one has shown up twice now for service appointments. When called about no one showing up today (to install a whole house steam humidifier) we were told it was "our fault" because yesterday we did not confirm, by text, the appointment. We were never told about text confirmations & if no repsponse they will not come. Prior, they had called to confirm appointments. This AM no one called to asked if we were cancelling the appointment. This AM when we saw the text about confirming, we texted back immediately. I was told they did not ready any texts this AM so they did not see our reply. When I complained about our appointment being cancelled with no call, we were told it was because they had not been to our house since last November so we were not "regular customers". They've been here at least twice since last November the last time being just a few weeks ago. We have talked to them numerous times over the last few weeks (when someone would actually answer the phone). As far as not being "regular customers", on 2/2/2025 we paid them $588 to join as members of their A-1 Family Advantage 12 month program. We paid $588 because we have 2 furnaces and 1 AC unit. We did get a $132 discount on our last service 2/28/2025. When I spoke to ************ today, there was no apology or offer to reschedule our service appointment. I want a refund of our A-1 Family Advantage payment. I will accept a return of $456 (our $588 payment minus the one time $132 discount for being members) though they really ought to reimburse the entire $588 for the inconvenience they have caused us. The people answering their phones and scheduling are totally incompetent and also have lied to us (long story-no room to explain).

    This is in regards to complaint #********.  I wish to withdraw this complaint sent only a short while ago.  We surprisingly spoke to someone who is trying to rememdy the situation and take care of it.
