    On 10/30 2024 I purchased a painting holder and crossbars, parts for a plein air easel. I paid ***** including shipping, order #*****. On 10/30 I received confirmation the order was being processed. I received no further communication. On 11/22 I reached out to ********************************** ***** update. I reached out to "****** Been" (****** T. ******) the supposed owner on both ******** on 1/2 and instagram messenger on 12/31 and I reached out to ******************************** on 1/4. After some research online I found that the companie's secretary of state registration is no longer active, there are multiple consumer forums with similar complaints against the company as a ****** search will reveal. I have had no communication in return from them. This fraudulant company however is still accepting payments for orders placed on their website. I have disputed the charge with my credit card as well.

    This message is in regard to my complaint submitted on 1/7/2025 against Prolific Painter.  My complaint was assigned ID ********. 

    **** from the Prolific Painter contacted me 3x since my filing.  The first time on Jan 10th to inform me that my order was being processed and that they were delayed due to being understaffed.  They reached out again on Jan 14th to inform me that my order had been shipped and they reached out again today Jan 16th to let me know that they had received a complaint from the BBB regarding my order and explain they have been understaffed due to unemployed illness.  


     I did receive my order today it was as expected and as was ordered.  There was a 2.5 month wait in receiving the order and more importantly poor communication, but the order was fulfilled.  I am happy with the product itself and I no longer require a refund from this company.   It is unfortunate they are understaffed and do not have better customer service.
