    Emailed customer service to ask them a couple basic questions about their pieces, no response. Asked them on Instagram, they blocked me. Made another account, they blocked me again. If that's their response to a couple basic questions, I imagine they'd have a similar response if your product gets messed up somehow. Awful customer service. *****.

    The individual emailed us on Sunday, 10/06 at 1:33 PM, and we responded within 10 minutes. Yes, even on a Sunday when were supposed to be enjoying our day off like everyone else.

    Soon after, they started leaving negative comments on our social media accounts. Over the next few days, they emailed the same question (that wed already answered), but now also asking for a discount. The persistence is admirable, but spamming us definitely isnt.

    After flooding our social media posts with copypasta comments and creating fake accounts to keep it going, we did in fact block them multiple times... This individual has never been a customer, and this review is just another chapter in their ongoing behavior.
