I purchased tires from them in August 2024.Since then, I have had three tire failures on brand new tires.Their customer service is very poor.On one occasion the a** mngr would not speak. He merrily rolled his eyes and crossed his arms. The first tire failure was at 10 ******* at night on I 70 near ********* exit. I did not pay nearly $1200 for tires that were going to fail consistently. The second failure, which was similar to the first , a sidewall failure that I caught, because after the first one I had been inspecting the tires virtually every time I got in and out of the vehicle. When I went to the shop, there were people in the bay, but they would not open the door. It was Saturday so I had to go to Big O tire to get my spare put on, they did not charge.Oh, by the way, when I took my first tire to the shop to be replaced the manager, *** ******* said "those are crappy tires". He was a little off guard when I told him that I bought them from his a** mngr. The third failure is a split between the treads. A** mngr. was not helpful at all. It was Friday and I asked if they could order the tire so it could be there early in the week and he said he did not know how to do that. I would have to wait till Monday to talk with the ********** addition, he never made an offer to put the spare tire on WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! If you remember big O tire put my spare on for free and they did not sell me $1200 worth of crappy tires.I am now seeking to get a refund and they can do whatever they wanna do with their crappy tires.

Customer came in looking for a highway tire. First of all we do not recommend highway tires for Summit county as this is mountain country.  We give our customers three choices in tires if available, a good, better and best option.  This is the tire you chose.  We do not make the tires, only install them.

I understand you picked up nails/screws three different times, this is a common occurrence around Summit County and I-70, we fix 5-7 flats a day from road debris.  This is out of our control.  All the tires we sell come with free rotate and free flat repairs for the life of the tire during business hours.   Every tire we sell has a 30 day return no questions asked.  If you came in within 30 days and said you hated the tires our policy is, no matter what the issue us you have a 100% exchange with a different tire.  This never happened.

We are open Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM, if there was a tech working on a Saturday they were working on their own personal vehicle and are informed to not open the doors to anyone as we do not want someone to come in and cause any trouble.

If you would like, you can bring these tires in and we can send them to Toyo and they can look to see if there are any defects to the tires, this could take up to 30 days to get answers from Toyo.  There is a milage warranty on this tire. If you do not want to bring them back to Summit Automotive Group you are welcome to take them to any Toyo distributor and they can send the tires back in to **** to check for defects.  As I stated earlier, we do not make the tires, only install them.  You requested a highway tire in mountain country.

      Hello,

These tires had 10% or less of the milage in Summit County.  ALL THREE TIRE FAILURES OCCURED on or directly after road trips on I 70 and I 25.  These tires were selected with the help of the Ast Mng - they were on display in your showroom.

DID NOT PICK UP ANY NAILS OR SCREWS!  Sidewall split twice and now trough split.  ROAD Travel!

Why didn't Ast mng offer to put on spare when I came in on Friday? Terrible costumer service!

Really not excited about coming in and being disrespected.

These tires had 10% usage in Summit county!

      Hello,

So what i need is a refund for the, "crappy tires" as you called them.  Why did you stock crappy tires?

Why did your ast mng sell crappy tires from your crappy tire selling store?

Why didn't your ast mng manager tell me they were "crappy tires" before I bought them?

Why didn't you offer me a refund when I brought the first side wall failure in? The second? Now the third failure?

It is not a crappy tire because of quality; it is a crappy tire for Summit County weather conditions.  We do not stock these tires or have them on our show room floor.  **** you had 30 days to return these if you did not like them, was this action taken? I am afraid not.  We have given you other alternatives with other tire centers to make this right.
