I made a purchase from this company for my septic system. I was very well versed in septic system design and read every bit of information I could find in order to design the best system and understand how my system would work. Including every page of details on this merchants site. I wont bore you with details of my purchase. I will instead focus on what the merchant did when the product I purchased didnt perform as advertised. I informed the merchant of the product failure. The merchant said this product failed because it wasnt made for xxxx (ridiculous answer but whatever). I responded and said this wasnt on his website or the manufacturers website. The merchant said an engineer would know this. Not sure how an engineer could know details of a product when these specific details were not posted anywhere online. I asked the merchant where these details were listed on their website and he forwarded me a link to the website. This is where things get fraudulent. The merchant updated the language on the website to cover the reasoning they were telling me for the product failure. The new website was updated on the day of my complaint. I showed the merchant a web archive of the website and got no apology. They changed their tone slightly and agreed to waive their terms and allow a return. They wanted me to remove this used septic part with waste having gone through it and mail it back. After multiple back and forth emails, I got them to refund the product, butThis merchant cannot be trusted.

The vast majority of businesses today simply post a picture of the product and the price. Personal, professional, expert service is a thing of the past, but we will continue to do our best for clients.
