    The business used my card for an unauthorized charge and then made me pay double to only them charge others fees for clerical errors when it was on them. Im disabled going through ***** and just lost two organs.

    We have been in contact with complainant both prior to and after receiving notice from the BBB. We have waived the $35 credit card charge back fee from the tenants account. In addition we have given the tenant a free months rent for December. The total amount of those two is equal to $160 and we consider the matter resolved. We do not believe that compensation in the amount of $2,000.00 filed under the complaint is warranted.
