    Do not recommend attempting to do business with them. My reservation - for which I was sent a rental agreement, signed and returned - was canceled with no notice to me for "lack of payment," despite me sending a screen shot of the requested payment. Not only was my reservation not honored, the payment I made would not have been refunded had I not contacted them.
    I emailed the contact person about this and got the response "Thanks, I'm not sure what happened," still trying to blame a lack of payment even though I saw the payment post on my end, and they saw that it had posted on their end. I then asked for a small discount on a very similar condo to bring the price down to the same as the original unit I booked and made a payment on, and didn't even get a response.
    I've been going to steamboat 2-3 times a year for about 6 years now and this is my first issue with a rental company.
