    To whom it may concern,

    We purchased our dryer from Sears just a few months ago. Not more than 4 months after the purchase the dryer is no longer working. There is no heat but it will run. So we found that this is most likely the drying sensor. The dryer is still within the manufacture warranty by several months.

    We then called the number on the dryer and spoke with multiple representatives. We have been hung up on, told that we had an appointment when we didn’t, told that it was escalated, told that we could get a replacement sent, told that you could send a part…. Well NONE of that is true. After MONTHS of calls, we have been informed that since we live in a remote area there is no one to come look at the dryer, even though it is in warranty for another few months! We have been attempting to resolve this for over 3 months.

    The customer service of this whole situation has been awful. We have a large family and the cost of a laundry mat adds up quick. We have attempted to resolve this with emails, calls and escalation requests. As it stands our family had to purchase a used dryer to get us through this whole situation. We have had nothing but false promises and no resolutions. We purchased the dryer which came with a warranty that is not being upheld. All that we are asking for is the services that were guaranteed as a warrant be upheld.
