************************* held himself out to be and was accepted as an expert witness. Horsepower Classics is not listed with IACP as a Certified Auto Appraiser website Find an Appraiser in ******** (bocaa.org) The site only lists 3 Certified Auto Appraisal companies in ******** ******, Aurora and ****************. After ****************** testimony it is obvious that ******************** did not know how to properly appraise a vehicle ******************** admitted on the record that a professional would never appraise a vehicle without seeing the vehicle in person. ******************** is not even following his own statement shown on his website - true and accurate and conformity with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. is further stated on Mr. ********* website certain claims that were not followed in this critical court case. The claims of Visual Inspection, Interior Inspection, Undercarriage Inspection, Electrical Inspection, and other item(s) inspections are clearly untrue.******************** provided his appraisal based solely on 6 pictures that did not have any time or date stamping on them. Pictures that did not include the drivetrain, electrical or interior of the vehicle being appraised. It came out in court that the pictures must have been taken around January of 2017. ******************** provided an appraisal on August 30, 2021 a full 4 years and 8 months after the pictures were taken. ******************** did even not start the vehicle and most certainly did not drive the vehicle.Mr. ********* testimony clearly demonstrated that ******************** did not notice the missing emissions equipment, fan shroud, **************, vacuum advance line, header bolt, over spray and general indicators of an incomplete vehicle with a shaker can custom. It appears ******************** was taken in by the cheap chrome kit instead of the facts and poor-quality air brush graphics.Do Not Use This Person he does not know how to properly appraise a vehicle as proven in a court of law.
