    I hand my garage floor epoxy coated by garage force. I chose garage for because they are a national company with franchises all over. They offer a lift time warranty on their work. When the job was complete the floor looked really good. With in a year it started to peel alittle. I contacted the franchise I used and the went out of business. They told me to contacted the corporate office. I spoke to *** ******** there who told me to contact **** ******. I have left over a dozen voice mails ant text to **** who wont call me back after telling him my issues. Garage forces corporate office also wont return a call. I have been trying to get this resolved for over 3 years. I am just looking to have the floor repaired.

    Paid a lot of money for an epoxy floor in garage and can provide proof of lifetime warranty plus payment. Everytime Ive contacted in the past, they never get back with me and avoid me. There are holes on garage floor and chipping off and getting bigger. Issues started happening within a year of date of completion.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    as you can see in the photo, I have all the phone numbers from all areas and have tried all numbers given to me a long time ago. If you couldnt fix it surely you guys are all under garage force and could have communicated about my numerous attempts to try and resolve this issue. And still no response from **** (Denver) since I left vm. Nothing abnormal.
