    On July 16th ordered two items, one item shipped one did not (Men's Attack Air Jersey - FUEGO DEPTH / XL), after 3 emails with 2 going unanswered I finally heard back on July 25th that the item was out of stock and I would be refunded, they did not give a time frame for this refund nor have I had official notice from the store the item has been refunded. The online store portal still reads that the order is partially fulfilled. Reached out again on August 1st no communication back. I feel there is a chance that I will never see the refund.

    Company sent me a shoe that was oversized and doesn't fit, they refuse to exchange for the right size or to issue a refund. I used their size guide that was inaccurate. This is my first time shopping with this company and their customer service has been terrible.
