      Filing a dispute as this website does not have a support chat line or phone number to get in touch with people for billing issues. As this is a business and they bill there should be a way to do that. I have had issues with PlantSnap charging me in the past - when I reached out they advised they cannot help me only through Apple Subscription billing. My Plantsnap account was cancelled a while ago and even though I cancelled it, it renewed for a years subscription today. I'm seeking a refund from this company as last time they didn't help when I reached out and they have no customer service.

      Hello ****

      I am very sorry to hear about this situation.  I'd love to help any way I could and I have reveiwed your customer/purchase history and the documentation you provided.  In your customer history I saw that you started a Free 7 Day Trial of our Premiuim product on 4/21/24, the free trial converted to Paid on 4/28/24 and you were charged $19.99 by Apple for a one year Premiuim Subscription. I show that you then the following day cancelled auto-renewal on that subscription. Your status is currenty Premiuim until 4/28/25, at which time your subscription will end as we show auto-renew is off.   I do not see any other charges related to PlantSnap and the picture you sent of the charge only shows a pending charge from Apple on 8/7/24 for $19.99, and has no mention or information about PlantSnap.    Our system shows no activity reported from Apple in regards to a charge from PlantSnap on this day.  Again I am sorry for your inconvenience but at this point it does not appear that  the $19.99 pending charge on 8/7/24 is related to PlantSnap. As you mentioned in your complaint, PlantSnap never directly charges your card, we never have your card information, number or any other details about your payment method. All charges are made by Apple, through the Apple App Storee payment process, and all refunds and charge disputes must go through Apple App Store customer service. Please contact Apple to confirm if this charge ever went from Pending to Final, what compamny charged you and  what this charge is for, and if it is invalid have them refund it, normal Apple policy is a 30 day refund window so you should have no problem.

      I signed up and paid for a subscription to Plant Snap on May 6; today is still within the promised 7 day trial period, and I want to cancel, but cannot locate directions for that.
