      Names *******. Ive been doing business with this particular livwell for a few years now and usually the experience is pretty okay. Ive attended so much that the staff recognizes me on arrival Today, however, I was reminded of how heartless, cold and inhuman leaders in customer service can be. I was charged twice for a transaction.Some purple headed person who was the *** told me my purchase could not be returned to its original payment method and that I would have to take cash. It was something silly like, its third party so I cant do it. They were lazy. This is an inconvenience as my bank is not common and would require I drive a good distance to make a deposit.I think Im done with this livewell. ***** too. It was done the street. If you see some purple headed manager, avoid them as they will not offer you any semblance of understanding.Also know that they do not post policies on the walls that inform the consumer. Im certain that law requires a payment to be returned to its original method, no matter how ignorant the manager on duty is. Oh and they gave me my things in a ziploc bag BECAUSE THEY NEVER EVER HAVE BAGS.LMAO THEY HAD TO ****** THE CORPORATE NUMBER As an autistic, anxiety ridden individual who just lost their father, this was awful.

      Shady company at best and fully corrupt at every level! They betray their loyal retail employees (I was laid off for no reason after 4+ years with the company) and their grow facility is constantly pumping out moldy bud and they barely pass state testing.Avoid both shopping and working with this company!
