    ****************************************** and Contract Breach I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by Villegas Fencing. In June 2024, we received a quote from Villegas Fencing for a 23-foot fence gate. However, despite our prior positive experiences with the company, this project was met with significant delays and excuses over the following months. We were repeatedly told that other projects needed to be completed first or that there were issues obtaining materials. We patiently trusted these explanations, believing in the companys integrity based on our previous relationship.However, in October 2024, after four months of being pushed off and misled, Villegas Fencing abruptly backed out of our contract. This unprofessional behavior has left us significantly behind schedule, delaying our project by not only the four months we waited but also the additional time it will now take to find a new contractor.This experience has severely damaged our trust in Villegas Fencing. We expected a higher level of commitment and honesty, especially given our history with your company. The way this situation was handled was unacceptable.I am requesting that this complaint be taken seriously, and that appropriate actions are taken to ensure future clients do not experience the same treatment. We hope this feedback helps you improve your services and client communication.

    I do apologize for not being able to complete this third job for you. Due to a dramatic increase in the price of the materials required for the job, I was not able to complete the job as quoted. As I did not request or receive any pre-payment for this work, I cannot provide you with the refund requested. Again, I am very sorry for the inconvenience and delay that this caused you.
