    ********************* is an insurance public adjuster. She missed a critical meeting where the adjuster from the insurance showed up to assess damage to my home. Since she missed that appointment, she failed to uphold her end of the contract and Im still fighting the insurance to cover my damages to my home that I bought with the VA home loan program as I am a veteran who was honorably discharged. After finding that the insurance was issuing the final check that wouldnt cover the damages, I sent her a text asking for her to finish her job. No threats or intimidating words were used by me. She then calls me (I have the conversation recorded) and cusses me out and calls me a pansy and proceeds to talk down about my military service to this nation. She made sexist remarks about me on this call and ended it by hanging up after yelling, F*** OFF! This needs to be made right as this out of control business owner needs to be held accountable. The voice recording can be made available immediately but the website wont let me upload it.

    **************** complaint is misleading and fails to recognize several key facts. In fact, it is actionable. I took his claim from a partial denial st $387.36 to the most recent estimate this week at $36,823.81. I inspected his house twice, took him through an appraisal, appraisal denial, filing a new claim, writing an estimate, and negotiating with his carrier. The State Farm adjuster was advised that he had to confirm the site inspection with me. State Farm did not do so. He started this dispute with telling me that I did not earn my fee because I missed the State Farm inspection, bear in mind again, State Farm did not confirm the inspection time. ************ clearly stated that he has lost his job and cant afford his deductible, let alone pay my contractual fee. Ironically, all that was owed to me to date was under $400.00, the rest of the balance had been previously taken care of. Despite the windfall my company provided him, ************ threatened me with an attorney. He stated that because he is a veteran, he has the right to talk to people any way he pleases. His complaint is fraudulent. 

     

    Despite all this, I am still working on his claim. It is a shame to know that hard work is not rewarded.

    In response to ****'s response... I have never told her that I can speak to her the way I want because of my job or previous job status. This is a blatant lie and shows her character. I have recorded the conversation where she screamed at me on the phone and used inappropriate language several times to which I responded calmly and professionally. I refuse to be bullied by this business owner and this complaint will proceed. She has taken no accountability for her irresponsible behavior or failure to represent me within her contract. Threats were not made by me at any time, I only stated that I will be hiring counsel. That is not a threat of any kind and it is defaming my character to say so. I am and always have been above reproach in all of my actions.

    Also, ************ is not owed $5,000 as it states it his complaint. This is false information and fraudulent.  All work has been completed. It appears from his claim that his deductible is $5,622.00. Nothing in any computations equates to $5,000.
