On November 26, 2023, at 8:38 PM, I made a purchase of a joint for $13 after taxes and a debit card fee. Upon checking my bank statement, I discovered three transactions. One was legitimate, totaling $13, corresponding to my purchase. However, two additional charges of $2.50 each were listed, which I did not authorize or engage in.Today, on November 29, 2023, I attempted to address this issue via phone but eventually visited the business location to provide evidence. Despite the manager's awareness of the situation, they declined to resolve the issue. As a local resident, it's troubling to experience a $5 discrepancy in a $10 joint purchase after taxes. This raises concerns about how many others in our community might have been similarly affected by this dubious practice. It's imperative to take immediate action to shut down this establishment. As a local, I am deeply concerned about having dishonest businesses in our area. I possess evidence supporting my claims, and the business manager is fully aware of the situation, yet seems content with this business practice.

We take this complaint serious and have researched on our end the transaction. On 11/26/2023 the customer comes in at ****** and goes immediately to the atm and does a balance inquiry. The $2.50 charge is coming from his bank and not DNS Enterprises dba Skunked. He then proceeds to the counter to make a purchase and uses the cashless atm at the counter to make his purchase. The $2.50 charge on this transaction is also being charged from his bank, not DNS Enterprises/Skunked. I would recommend he inquire with his bank what his charges are when his uses an out of network atm. With kind regards.
