    This business has every appearance of a scam. On March 17, 2024 I secured moving services with the agreement to pay a deposit that day, a third on pick-up and the final upon delivery. I was also told I would be contacted 7 days prior to scheduled pick-up. Seven days prior I received no contact. I try contacting them the next day and they were unreachable. All the phone numbers I had were out of service and the website could not be located. The email still worked so I tried that. I was contacted back by email and text to call back. I couldn't call back right away, but expressed my concerns in a text. He called and texted several times even after I told him I couldn't call for awhile. He did text back saying he didn't know why we were concerned about the website because it was working. Before calling him back I checked the website again. It was all of sudden working, although the phone numbers were still not working. The website was completely different from before with a different email and a different number that also didn't work. I called and expressed my concerns about the non-working numbers and discrepancies in the website. He tried telling me he has no control over the website and tried redirecting it to the inventory of items. I told him I was uncomfortable and wanted to cancel the services. He quickly said ok and hung up before I even could ask for a refund.One final note, we paid the deposit by *****. After not being able to contact the company we checked our Zelle account and noticed the person we sent the money to closed their account and their contact information was no longer reachable.
