    I had an oil change on 2/19/25 and once I left my car started over heating the next few days. Once I took my car to another mechanic to do a diagnostic test on it, they had noted that windshield wiper fluid was in the radiator. This had in turn messed with the coolant system and the thermostat on the car. I called Grease monkey that day and told them I had taken my car to get looked at by another mechanic due to it overheating after my oil change. They said to bring it back and they would fix it. I did not feel comfortable taking my car back to the place where they had mismanaged my car. I ended up getting the coolant system repaired and the thermostat fixed as well and then went back to grease monkey to show them the invoice. They then told me that they cant reimburse me for the problems they caused with my car due to me not returning with my car to deem it necessary to fix the problem. I have since filed a claim with their district manager and am following this up with BBB.
