      Last year i subscribed to team bull trading services and 2 weeks before my renewal of the annual subscription, i logged into the www.teambulltrading.com website and it said i had no orders pending and no saved payments, then i also read the terms and conditions found at *************************************************** which said "You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please go to ************************************************* and submit the cancelation information. " This url link says We couldn't find that page. So i assumed because they didn't have my payment information saved and no new orders that my account was deactivate because i have not used the service since mid 2023. At 11pm on Friday Feb 23, 2024, i received a notification from AMEX saying a charge for $1400 was pending. Immediately i called AMEX to understand what was going on, they told me i need to contact teambulltrading, so i emailed *********************************** and requested a refund because i didnt want to renew and i was not able to cancel the renewal because the instructions on the website do not work. they told me i needed to cancel it on www.whop.com, so it appears that on August, they shared my payment information with www.whop.com, i was never notified of this change. Now they are saying I could either received half refund of the $1400 or use the service. I think this is completely unfair, its been 3 days since they took the payment and i have not used the service at all. The other thing is Jdun "I will NEVER ask for crypto, trade for you, add you as a friend, or message you first! I'm here to teach you how to trade, not take your money. Beware of scammers using my name". This is exactly what he is doing, he is only interested in taking my money, in the last year, he has never helped me become a better trader. I believe i am entitled to a full refund because teambull trading failed to provided accurate instructions for canceling the auto-renew and they falsely showed i had no open order and no payment saved and they failed to properly notify me that they shared and moved my information with whop.

      Yesterday after asking Team Bull Trading for a full refund, they cancelled my membership. So they charged me on 2/23/2024 for a 1 year membership and on 2/26/2024, they cancelled the membership, so they just stole $1400 from me. They are also admitting the www.teambulltrading.com website was non-active and has no notifications to tells the members that they transferred our accounts to a 3rd party called whop, i was never informed of this until after i emailed them about the charge. They shared my payment info with whop but never notified me that the account was now managed by whop and not on the www.teambulltrading.com website; however, they still have the terms and conditions that send you to a bad URL when you try to cancel the service. The attached shows the emailed i received stating that Team Bull Cancelled my membership, because they cancelled it i am entitled to a full refund.

      I did some research to see if there are others that have also been scammed the same way as i was, by Team Bull hiding and misleading members so they are not able to disable the auto-renew and found several other victims. This is a standard practice by Team Bull to mislead and deceive members just like they did to me. see attached screenshots of the same thing happening to multiple other members.
