    My insurance issued them a check they cashed agreeing to fix my car that was damaged. They cashed my check in July was two party signatures? There's and my name which I never signed.? Then didn't do any work till middle of September. They had my vehicle for 2 and half weeks with providing me with very unreliable rental that had brakes go out 2x when driving (have my 2yr old in the back of the seat) No AC . Got vehicle back 2 and a half weeks later , had over spray all over inside my car. Wrong color as you see on my vehicle. Go home and from the time of leaving the shop to getting home 20 min drive) open the driver side back door for passenger side on left where damage was done . It had bubbled all the way down and a hug hole as well as over spray dripping. Wasn't buffed smooth Very poor quality like it was done that same day do to the strong smell of chemicals that were used. No paper work was given . Told them to please fix my vehicle. They said they were moving shops. But agree to fix it . Day of dropping my car of to get fix correctly (2 weeks after my discussion with them of it all) said there rental got damaged so they would contact me next week. Didn't contact me I contacted them. Said they had to wait to see if this other customer was coming in to see if they had a spot for me. I told them I've been on back burner and we agreed to fix there poor quality of work . Or i would go to another shop have them fix it with there shop insurance. He told me no i couldnt do that. Never returned my phone call and now ignoring all communication what so ever with me.
